While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Please note that we try our best to ensure that the product reaches you within time. In order to speed up our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in cases of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. 

SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

LOSS IN TRANSIT

Horizontal endeavors to deliver products free from defects to purchasers. Ownership of any returned items purchased by the user remains with the user until Horizontal receives the items. Our return policy specifies that items purchased from our website are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or contain manufacturing defects. Any defective or damaged goods received must be reported to Horizontal within 48 hours of receipt. Requests made after this period may not qualify for return, except in cases explicitly covered by the product warranty, even if the product was incorrectly delivered.
